Midwest Multisport Series - Spinervals DVD's

Spinnervals is a series of cycling training videos filmed and produced by Coach Troy Jacobson. Coach Troy has been coaching triathletes of all abilities, from first time triathletes to Olympic athletes. Spinnervals are used in conjunction with your indoor bike trainer to give you specific workouts depending on your goals. Coach Troy prescribes Spinnervals for all of his athletes and the results are impressive.

Following the Awards Ceremony at each of the Midwest Multisport Series races Gear West will hold a drawing for 10 Spinervals DVD's. The raffle is open to each participant of that race. You must be present to win so hang around and enjoy the excitement.
